int gr_poly_pow_fmpz(gr_poly_t res, const gr_poly_t poly, const fmpz_t exp, gr_ctx_t ctx)source

Sets res to f^e. A negative exponent is allowed only for a constant polynomial with an invertible constant (GR_DOMAIN otherwise), and an exponent that does not fit in a word gives GR_UNABLE unless f is constant.
