int gr_hurwitz_zeta(gr_ptr res, gr_srcptr x, gr_srcptr y, gr_ctx_t ctx)source

Sets res to the Hurwitz zeta function \zeta(s, a) = \sum_{k \ge 0} (k + a)^{-s} with s = x, a = y (Zeta functions, polylogarithms and L-functions).
