int gr_hypgeom_pfq(gr_ptr res, const gr_vec_t a, const gr_vec_t b, gr_srcptr z, int flags, gr_ctx_t ctx)source

Sets res to the generalised hypergeometric function {}_pF_q(a_1, \ldots, a_p; b_1, \ldots, b_q; z) with the parameters given by the vectors a and b, or its regularized version.
