FLINT 3

FLINT 3.0, released in October 2023, merged the Arb, Calcium and Antic libraries into FLINT and introduced the generic rings modules and the small-prime FFT. Each page below gives the release notes of one release series: the feature release and its bug-fix releases, newest first.
