MAG_BITS is the number of mantissa bits, 30. MAG_EXP(x) and MAG_MAN(x) access the exponent (as an fmpz value) and the mantissa of x, and MAG_EXPREF(x) is a pointer to the exponent, for use with fmpz functions.
