#include <flint/mpn_extras.h>Whether the Karatsuba recursion may need to extend an operand with the given headroom by a limb, and whether _flint_mpn_poly_mulmid uses Karatsuba for dot products of minlen terms: never for sign-magnitude coefficients, and with tight headroom only from 1.5 times the cutoff.
