Synopsis
#include <flint/mpn_extras.h>Given a modulus of n limbs and shift norm, returns the best method for num multiplications by a fixed operand, accounting for the cost of the precomputation: MPN_MULMOD_PRECOND_NONE (use flint_mpn_mulmod_preinvn), MPN_MULMOD_PRECOND_SHOUP (use flint_mpn_mulmod_precond_shoup) or MPN_MULMOD_PRECOND_MATRIX (use flint_mpn_mulmod_precond_matrix).
