#include <flint/mpoly.h>void mpoly_gcd_info_set_perm(mpoly_gcd_info_t Iv, slong Alength, slong Blength, const mpoly_ctx_t mctx)sourceSets Iv->mvars to the number of variables that occur in A (after the monomial content is removed, they occur in both), initialises the variable permutations of all algorithms to these variables in their natural order, sets the densities (the number of terms divided by the product of the deflated degrees plus one) and clears can_use.
