#include <flint/mpoly.h>int mpoly_repack_monomials(ulong * exps1, flint_bitcnt_t bits1, const ulong * exps2, flint_bitcnt_t bits2, slong len, const mpoly_ctx_t mctx)sourceConverts len monomials packed with bits2 bits per field in exps2 into monomials packed with bits1 bits in exps1, which must have room for len*mpoly_words_per_exp(bits1, mctx) words. Returns 1 for success. Widening always succeeds; narrowing returns 0 as soon as a field does not fit in bits1 - 1 bits, leaving exps1 partially written.
