`n_bpoly_mod_make_primitive`

void n_bpoly_mod_make_primitive(n_poly_t g, n_bpoly_t A, nmod_t ctx)source

Sets g to the content of A in \mathbb{F}_p[y] and divides it out, then scales so that the leading coefficient of A (in x, then y) is 1, multiplying g by the old leading coefficient.
