`_nf_elem_equal`

int _nf_elem_equal(const nf_elem_t a, const nf_elem_t b, const nf_t nf)source

Returns whether a = b for reduced but not necessarily canonical a and b, by cross-multiplication, with a cheap test of the bit sizes first.
