#include <flint/nf_elem.h>qnf_elem_structqnf_elem_tAn element (a_0 + a_1\theta + a_2\theta^2)/q of a field of degree 2, as an array num of three fmpz and a denominator den. The third coefficient allows products to be formed without immediate reduction; in a reduced element it is zero.
