nmod_mat_is_zero, nmod_mat_is_one, nmod_mat_is_zero_row
Synopsis
#include <flint/nmod_mat.h>int nmod_mat_is_zero(const nmod_mat_t mat)sourceint nmod_mat_is_one(const nmod_mat_t mat)sourceint nmod_mat_is_zero_row(const nmod_mat_t mat, slong i)sourceReturns 1 if mat is zero, if it has ones on the main diagonal and zeros elsewhere, or if its row i is zero, respectively, and 0 otherwise. Empty matrices are both zero and one.
For n = 1 every matrix is zero and one: nmod_mat_is_one compares the diagonal entries with 1 \bmod n, which is 0, as nmod_mat_one sets them.
