Synopsis
#include <flint/nmod_mat.h>void nmod_mat_permute_rows(nmod_mat_t mat, const slong * perm_act, slong * perm_store)sourceReplaces row i of mat by the old row perm_act[i], for every i, where perm_act is a permutation of the row indices. If perm_store is not NULL, it is updated in the same way: perm_store[i] becomes the old perm_store[perm_act[i]].
