#include <flint/nmod_poly.h>void nmod_poly_deflate(nmod_poly_t result, const nmod_poly_t input, slong deflation)sourceSets result to p(x^{1/k}), where p is input and k = deflation \ge 1 must divide the exponent of every nonzero term (not checked). Throws FLINT_DIVZERO for k = 0.
