void _qadic_norm(fmpz_t rop, const fmpz * op, slong len, const fmpz * a, const slong * j, slong lena, const fmpz_t p, slong N)source

Sets rop to the norm of the unit (op, len), len \ge 1, reduced modulo p^N; the result is a unit. Chooses between the analytic and the resultant method.
