Synopsis
#include <flint/qadic.h>void qadic_gen(qadic_t rop, const qadic_ctx_t ctx)sourceSets rop to the generator X, or to zero if its precision is not positive. For d = 1 it sets rop to the root -a_0 of f, reduced modulo p^N.
