`qqbar_log_pi_i`

int qqbar_log_pi_i(slong * p, ulong * q, const qqbar_t x)source

If y = \log(x) / (\pi i) is algebraic, which happens exactly when x is a root of unity and then y is rational, sets p/q to y in lowest terms with -1 < y \le 1 and returns 1; otherwise returns 0.
