`qqbar_scalar_op`

void qqbar_scalar_op(qqbar_t res, const qqbar_t x, const fmpz_t a, const fmpz_t b, const fmpz_t c)source

Sets res to (a x + b)/c in one operation, for integers a, b and c \ne 0, by transforming the minimal polynomial and the enclosure. Throws an exception if c = 0.
