_radix_size_digits, radix_size_digits
Synopsis
#include <flint/radix.h>Return the number of digits of (x, n). The underscore version requires n > 0 and x_{n-1} \ne 0; the other allows n = 0 and zero top limbs, which it skips, and returns 0 for zero.
