int radix_cmp_bn_half(nn_srcptr x, slong n, const radix_t radix)source

Returns -1, 0 or 1 according to whether (x, n) is less than, equal to or greater than \lfloor B^n/2 \rfloor. Requires n \ge 1. Used for rounding to nearest and for symmetric remainders.
