Synopsis#include <flint/radix.h>
void radix_init(radix_t radix, ulong b, unsigned int exp)source

Initialises radix with digit radix b and limb radix B = b^e where e = exp. Requires b \ge 2, e < \mathtt{FLINT\_BITS} and b^e < \beta, and throws an exception otherwise. With e = 0, the largest e with b^e < \beta is chosen.
