acb_rel_error_bits, acb_rel_accuracy_bits
Synopsis
#include <flint/acb.h>Return the relative error, respectively accuracy, in bits, as arb_rel_error_bits would for a real ball whose midpoint is the larger of the two midpoints and whose radius is the larger of the two radii. An exact x has accuracy ARF_PREC_EXACT, and an x with zero midpoint or a non-finite part -ARF_PREC_EXACT.
