arb_rel_error_bits, arb_rel_accuracy_bits
Synopsis
#include <flint/arb.h>arb_rel_error_bits returns e_r - e_m + 1, where e_m and e_r are the exponents of the midpoint and radius (2^{e-1} \le |\cdot| < 2^e): an estimate of \log_2(r/|m|) rounded up. arb_rel_accuracy_bits returns its negation, the number of correct bits. The value is clamped to \pmARF_PREC_EXACT: an exact ball has accuracy ARF_PREC_EXACT, and a ball with a special midpoint or an infinite radius has accuracy -ARF_PREC_EXACT.
