#include <flint/acb_theta.h>void acb_theta_char_shuffle(acb_ptr res, const fmpz_mat_t mat, acb_srcptr th, int sqr, slong prec)sourceApplies the transformation formula for mat to the vector th of 2^{2g} theta values, omitting the factors \kappa, the determinant and the exponential, and stores the result in res. With sqr nonzero, \zeta_8 is replaced by i, as for squared theta values. Used for testing.
