#include <flint/acb_theta.h>void acb_theta_char_table(ulong * ch, slong * e, const fmpz_mat_t mat, ulong ab, int all)sourceSets ch to the characteristic (a', b') and e to e(\mathit{mat}, a, b) of the transformation formula (see acb_siegel_kappa) for the characteristic ab, or if all is nonzero, sets the vectors ch and e of length 2^{2g} to these data for all characteristics (ab is then ignored).
