void _arb_hypgeom_gamma_upper_singular_si_bsplit(arb_t res, slong n, const arb_t z, slong N, slong prec)source

Sets res to the series at zero of \Gamma(-n,z), for an integer n \ge 0, truncated before the term of index N and computed by binary splitting. The truncation error is not included.
