void _arb_hypgeom_gamma_upper_sum_rs_1(arb_t res, ulong p, ulong q, const arb_t z, slong N, slong prec)source

Sets res to \sum_{k=0}^{N-1} (a)_k / z^k with a = p/q, computed by rectangular splitting. Requires that p + qN fits in a word. Used for the asymptotic expansion of the error function.
