arb_poly_length, arb_poly_degree
Synopsis
#include <flint/arb_poly.h>slong arb_poly_length(const arb_poly_t poly)sourceslong arb_poly_degree(const arb_poly_t poly)sourceReturn the length of poly and its degree, the length minus one (-1 for the zero polynomial).
If leading coefficients are balls that contain zero, the exact polynomials represented by poly may have smaller degree; the returned degree is then only an upper bound.
