Synopsis
#include <flint/arb_poly.h>slong arb_poly_valuation(const arb_poly_t poly)sourceReturns the index of the first coefficient of poly that is not the exact zero ball, or -1 if poly is zero. A coefficient that merely contains zero counts as nonzero, so the result is a lower bound for the valuation of the exact polynomials represented.
