arf_get_fmpz
Synopsis
#include <flint/arf.h>Sets z to x rounded to an integer in the direction rnd (ties to even for ARF_RND_NEAR), and returns 1 if x is not an integer, 0 otherwise.
An infinite or NaN x raises an exception. The integer is computed exactly, so a huge exponent can use all available memory or swap space before the allocation fails; check the size of x (for example with arf_cmpabs_2exp_si) before converting values of unknown magnitude.
