arf_get_fmpz_fixed_fmpz, arf_get_fmpz_fixed_si
Synopsis
#include <flint/arf.h>Set y to the integer \operatorname{trunc}(x / 2^e), so that y \cdot 2^e is x truncated towards zero to a multiple of 2^e, and return 1 if truncation occurred. The size caveats of arf_get_fmpz apply.
