arf_mag_add_ulp, arf_mag_fast_add_ulp
Synopsis
#include <flint/arf.h>Set z to an upper bound for x + 2^{e - \mathit{prec}}, with e the exponent of y. This adds the rounding error of a prec-bit operation with result y to the radius x. The fast version requires small exponents; the other raises an exception for a special y.
