void arf_mag_set_ulp(mag_t z, const arf_t y, slong prec)source

Sets z to 2^{e - \mathit{prec}}, where e is the exponent of y (2^{e-1} \le |y| < 2^e): one unit in the last place of a prec-bit number of the size of y. Raises an exception for a special y.
