`arf_set_fmpq`

int arf_set_fmpq(arf_t y, const fmpq_t x, slong prec, arf_rnd_t rnd)source

Sets y to the rational number x rounded to prec bits in the direction rnd, and returns the inexact flag. This is arf_fmpz_div_fmpz applied to the numerator and denominator.
