`arf_set_mpn`

void arf_set_mpn(arf_t y, nn_srcptr x, slong xn, int sgnbit)source

Sets y to the integer stored in the xn limbs at x, negated if sgnbit is 1. Requires \mathit{xn} > 0 and x[xn - 1] nonzero.
