void ca_pow_si_arithmetic(ca_t res, const ca_t x, slong n, ca_ctx_t ctx)source

Sets res to x^n, always by field arithmetic (binary exponentiation), whereas ca_pow_si may create x^n as a new extension number for large n. Special values of x give Unknown.
