#include <flint/fmpz_mat.h>void fmpz_mat_randintrel(fmpz_mat_t mat, flint_rand_t state, flint_bitcnt_t bits)sourceSets mat to a random integer relations matrix: column 0 holds random signed integers of bits bits and the remaining columns form an identity matrix. Requires the number of columns to be one more than the number of rows, and throws otherwise.
