fmpz_mat_randops
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_mat.h>void fmpz_mat_randops(fmpz_mat_t mat, flint_rand_t state, slong count)sourceApplies count random elementary operations to mat, each adding or subtracting a random row to another row, or a random column to another column. These operations are unimodular, so the rank, the determinant and the Hermite and Smith normal forms are preserved.
