Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_poly_q.h>void fmpz_poly_q_pow(fmpz_poly_q_t rop, const fmpz_poly_q_t op, ulong exp)sourceSets rop to \mathit{op}^{\mathit{exp}}, by raising the numerator and the denominator to the power exp. For exp = 0 the result is 1, also when op is zero.
