#include <flint/fq_zech_mat.h>slong fq_zech_mat_nullspace(fq_zech_mat_t X, const fq_zech_mat_t A, const fq_zech_ctx_t ctx)Computes a basis of the right nullspace \{v : Av = 0\} of A and returns its dimension k (the nullity). X must have as many rows and at least as many columns as A has columns; its first k columns receive the basis and the remaining columns are set to zero.
