#include <flint/fq_zech_mat.h>slong fq_zech_mat_rref(fq_zech_mat_t B, const fq_zech_mat_t A, const fq_zech_ctx_t ctx)Sets B to the reduced row echelon form of A and returns the rank of A. The form is computed from an LU decomposition (gr_mat_rref_lu). B may be aliased with A. If A is zero, B is set to zero and 0 is returned.
