int gr_mat_invert_cols(gr_mat_t mat, slong * perm, gr_ctx_t ctx)source

Reverse the order of the rows (columns): swap row i and row r - 1 - i for 0 \le i < r/2, and apply the same permutation to perm if it is not NULL.
