gr_mat_move_row
Synopsis
#include <flint/gr_mat.h>Moves row i to position \mathit{new\_i}, shifting the rows in between by one: with i = 4 and \mathit{new\_i} = 7 the rows A_4, A_5, A_6, A_7 become A_5, A_6, A_7, A_4, and with i = 7 and \mathit{new\_i} = 4 they become A_7, A_4, A_5, A_6. Returns GR_DOMAIN if an index is out of bounds and otherwise succeeds.
