Synopsis
#include <flint/mp_real.h>Fill every entry not yet computed of the run-time dense tables of a family (MP_REAL_DENSE_RT_EXP, MP_REAL_DENSE_RT_LOG1P or MP_REAL_DENSE_RT_ATAN, the last shared with sine and cosine) in the tier serving n limbs, and return the width of that tier: 21 for n \le 21, else MP_REAL_DENSE_RT_MAX. 64-bit only.
