#include <flint/mp_real.h>Set (\mathit{res}, n) to the floor of \log(1 + 2^{-i}) resp. \operatorname{atan}(2^{-i}) scaled by B^n, or one less, for i \ge 1, by binary splitting in ball arithmetic. These compute entries of the bitwise tables.
