Synopsis
#include <flint/mpn_extras.h>Returns nonzero if flint_mpn_mul_shared uses a shared transform for these lengths, that is, if fft_small is available and _fft_small_mpn_mul_shared is expected to beat two separate products. Callers that need the looser aliasing rules of _fft_small_mpn_mul_shared can call it directly when this returns nonzero.
