int mpoly_monomial_divides_tight(slong e1, slong e2, slong * prods, slong num)source

Returns whether the tightly packed monomial e2 divides e1. The array (prods, num + 1) holds the partial products 1, b_0, b_0 b_1, \ldots of the bases.
