nmod_mat_randfull

Synopsis#include <flint/nmod_mat.h>
void nmod_mat_randfull(nmod_mat_t mat, flint_rand_t state)source

Sets the entries to independent integers chosen uniformly at random in [1, n), so that no entry is zero.

The entries are \max(1, x) with x uniform in [0, n), so 1 is twice as likely as any other value. For n = 1 the entries are set to 0, the only residue.
