Synopsis
#include <flint/nmod_mat.h>void nmod_mat_randops(nmod_mat_t mat, flint_rand_t state, slong count)sourcePerforms count random elementary operations on mat, each adding or subtracting a row to or from another row, or a column to or from another column (operations whose two indices coincide are skipped). These operations have determinant 1, so the rank and, for square matrices, the determinant are preserved.
